Arrests always come about for a reason, or even many reasons. Whether the arrest is legal or not then becomes the question. If it’s not, and a judge rules that way, and the proper motions are filed, then the charge can be dismissed. The right attorney becomes the decision you must now make to find out if the arrest was legal and based on a legal stop, a legal chain of investigation, the right tests and the correct evaluation of those tests, and the arresting officer following all of the legally necessary steps to make that arrest and its aftermath legal. The choice may very well affect the rest of your life, personally and economically. Choose wisely.
